The Windows USA Installers arrived promptly on time as we were told. From the first moment, we felt very at ease and secure with the installers here. They were each very friendly and even took a moment to play with our little dog so that she felt secure with them coming and going.
The removal and installation of our vinyl replacement windows were very impressive. Our installers were very quick and precise, making sure everything was correct. They also kept everything very clean in the process. We can’t say enough about how friendly and courteous they were. We had no problem leaving them at our house in our absence.
Our experience, from the representative that did the fun fast demonstration to the installation has just been remarkable. We have been kept up to date about what was going on with our windows from start to finish. It seems to us that Windows USA has really done their job screening for the best employees, who are friendly, courteous and have a great personality. As in our world today most are just doing a job for money, but we feel that their employees care about the job they are doing and care about the people they are doing the job for.
Sometimes it is the smallest of things that many companies miss, even though it may not have amounted to more than a couple of minutes, but for them to even take the time to make sure our little dog was satisfied with them say a lot- she is a part of our family. Since our children are now grown she is very spoiled and believes that everyone who comes in our home really comes to see her. After being properly greeted by the Windows USA Installers she felt very satisfied that the guys came to see her and she calmed down. To us that meant the world.
