I was referred and received a demo. We just like the demo. Matt D. did a wonderful job explaining everything from the being to the end. When it came to installing the windows Marcus H. did an excellent job being on time, answering any questions, and was very professional. AFTER 15 YEARS OF BEING INSTALLED, WE NOTICED IN TWO OF OUR WINDOWS THE SEAL INSIDE THE WINDOW WAS DAMAGED. I CALLED WINDOWS USA AND WAS TOLD TO COMPLETE A FORM AND SEND PICTURES…I DID…..MY WINDOWS WERE REPLACED AND A SUB CONTRACTOR WAS SENT TO INSTALL THEM FOR ME AT NO COST TO ME.
