Our experience with Windows USA has been the best yet. From sitting down with Brian explaining the process and the materials used and the process of making these wonderful windows in the plant was very impressive. We knew then that we wanted this company to provide our replacement windows. The administrative staff kept us informed and worked so hard to get us financed. We will be forever grateful. Someone continued to keep us up to date of the status of when the installers would be here. This company’s staff have demonstrated that they put forth a team effort to satisfy their customers and we are truly satisfied. Last but not least, the installers that we call Team David & Michelle were awesome. They arrived timely; ensured that all trash and old windows were removed. We are ecstatic about our new windows and are looking forward to completing our project in the future. Our installer David, shocked us with his excellent skills of installing our windows and being very meticulous when placing the caulk around the windows. Let me explain why I used the word shock in the previous sentence. It is very rare this day and age to be provided with excellent customer service. This gentleman was kind, courteous, and always willing to stop what he was doing to answer any questions we might have. I don’t know what type of kudos the installers receive when they receive a letter from a customer but I hope that this gentleman is honored in a big way because of the trust he gained from us in a very short time. We even asked him if he could do some renovations for us on our home because of his meticulousness of making sure everything was completed perfectly.
