The gentleman who showed us the demonstration did an awesome job. Everything was explained thoroughly and any question we asked was answered. I like what our gentleman did with the cold water test. He was also friendly and to the point. I love the way you can tilt the windows in and out with such ease. And the end result of the installation is beautiful. Sharon C
