I am truly enjoying my new clean windows. I am hoping to see a big difference in my heating & cooling bills in the near future. I was especially impressed with the representative that showed my in-home demonstration and my installer. I can’t say enough about them. I am very pleased with my new vinyl replacement windows. I believe I can feel the difference already in the drafts in my home. It seems easier to keep warm and cool, not to mention, the dust from the dirt road that is in front of my home, much less. Windows USA is a fine company. The sales representative was extremely nice. I can’t say enough about the gentleman that installed my new windows. He was prompt, courteous, meticulous, and patient. He was also very happy to take time to answer all of my questions. We really enjoy our new vinyl replacement windows. They are just as, well demonstrated. The installation crew was truly friendly and professional. They showed us all the things that needed to be repaired and how they would do the job. They made sure we knew how to operate our new windows and walked us around to make sure the job was complete and that we were happy with the service and product.
