I am writing to make sure someone there knows the quality and professionalism of Mr. Daniel and his son Danny. It is truly special when you see a person that exceeds the boundaries of just doing the job right. Mr. Daniel showed excellent people skills as well as willingness to go the extra mile in customer service. The care in which he treated my home was impressive. He cleaned as he went and caused minimum disruption to our daily activities while they worked. I’m sure you already know how hard and fast they work but the quality of he job was off the charts. Many times fast work leaves many small things undone or poorly done, as I went and inspected his work, I could only find perfection. Yes I said perfection because I found no mistakes. I hope this letter finds its way to the right person to show appreciation to Mr. Daniel and Danny. They deserve that and much more.
