I have had the Alaskan windows for about 8 years. The installation was wonderful. Couldn’t tell they had been in my house. My house became a warm/cool environment we had never experienced before. I contacted the company because the seal was broken on one pane. I called the 800 number. They never questioned me about anything. Emailed me the warranty information. Within 10 days, my new Alaskan window was delivered. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING SO EASY IN MY LIFE! I WOULD ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO USE THIS COMPANY! THE ALASKAN WINDOWS ARE GREAT AND IF YOU NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY ARE SPECTACULAR!!!!!
