Our salesman Carlos demonstrated the windows and all of the qualities, energy savings and security benefits of the windows along with the companies dedication to service and warranty. He answered all of our questions and went the extra mile to achieve financing that we are happy with. Our windows where made in a timely manner, actually faster than discussed. We received notification of complication and actually had our windows installed 2 weeks sooner than planned. Our installation crew was incredible. My wife was home alone with the installation crew, Kyle, Keith and Pat. THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING HER FEEL SAFE and included with our installation and fully explaining the functionality of our windows. ( by the way are AWESOME ) These men are the best in the industry.
