I needed to say thank you again for your above and beyond customer service. You literally just saved 3 families from having to back out of moving into their prospective future homes, due to each purchase relying on the sale of the other persons home. When I get to MY new home in Overland Park, Windows USA will be the only company I call for the windows I am needing to replace.
