Seller, Mr.Slade was a real pro.He truly was NOT a pushy Salesman which is how I roll. He worked 100% around our hectic schedule.He answered all of our questions, from the beginning of his demo my husband and I were hooked on these amazing windows, even thought about saying NO from the get go ( We would have still gotten our free $100 gift card just for watching the demo but Without a doubt -We said YES and today I cant wait to see how much money we save this Summer alone ) This company is amazing from the seller (Slade) to everyone on the phones and Our installer Michael – wow let me tell you about our installer Michael-His work is top notch – The quality and pride this Man did is remarkably awesome. He truly takes pride in his work, Michael is a fabulous man to do business with. Highest props to Michael for his care and attention to the tiniest details. He went above and beyond normal standards. He arrived on time, he laid down drop cloths and covered everything he could. Michael kept my husband and I informed as the job went on and was very informative to what he was doing. When he was finished with the install he cleaned up, removed everything and put everything back the way it was . After shopping around for a while & comparing others, I chose Windows USA to do business with. I had all 21 windows replaced in my home. Work was done professionally by men who knew what they were doing. They even went a step beyond & fixed up the borders around my front door to make it look better with the new windows. All the scrap materials & old windows were taking away & areas cleaned up. I noticed an improvement in my electrical bill & a better curb appeal to my home. I love the lifetime warranty as well, as you can pretty much wash your hands free of any window problems from now on as long as you own the home.
