I was actually just looking to get all new screens on my windows with a friend mentioned he just had your windows installed on his house. It no small feat to upsell someone from a few hundred dollars to replace screens to thousands for full window replacements. Not once have me or my wife second guessed the decision to do so. I will also say I am not someone to give praise lightly, especially not since I know the ends and outs of both selling and customer support, and will readily offer constructive criticism when someone is performing less than stellar. I mean it when I say EVERYONE from Windows USA performed at the top of their game when interacting with me or my wife.
